Super excited  about this week’s episode with Dr Mike T Nelson. 

Mike is a research-fueled fitness and nutrition educator, a Professor, a presenter, creator of the Flex Diet Certification Course and host of the Flex Diet podcast.

We covered a bunch of topics on today's podcast from macronutrient consumption and simplifying nutrition for performance, recommendations for supplements to optimizing sleep schedules for professional athletes who compete at later parts of the day.
