010 | Ryan Patrick | MTB Performance Project

In this week’s episode we talk with Ryan Patrick. Ryan is the owner and founder of Peak Fitness and Sports Training (PeakFAST) in Kentucky. 

In this episode we talk about how he got into the training space and became a coach. We also get into his evolution as a business owner along with some of the influences and mentors he had throughout his early year of owning and operating a gym. 

We talk about sports performance and all things speed, VBT and his overall approach to developing training programs for his athletes. 

We wrap up by talking about his own approach to training himself and why it’s so important to him in order to level up in all aspects of life. As he calls it: “Fitness is the first domino…”
